Welcome to Create PT. If you continue to browse and use this website, and enrol on our courses, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Create PT’s relationship with you. The term “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the proprietor of Create PT and this website. The use of this website and enrolment on any of our courses is subject to the following terms of use.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use. It is subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not take any responsibility for consequences of anyone acting as a result of the use of this website or of the enrolment of any of our courses.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. The website contains a secure payment link which must only be used in relation to purchasing a course or paying a deposit for a course.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland, and Wales.

The following terms and conditions are the basis of the contract between Create PT and yourself.

Please read them carefully as a contract is a legally binding agreement if you enroll.

1. Applications must be made on the online enrolment form on this website.
2. The completed enrolment form contracts you to pay for the course(s) as detailed in the application.
3. An application will only be accepted upon payment in full directly to Create PT or via our third-party finance provider.
4. You are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee, during which we will refund you in full if you are not happy with your purchase.
5. Following the 30-day guarantee period, you will not be entitled to any refund.
6. For all Courses: You have Twelve months from the enrolment date to complete your course. If you have not completed your course within the timeframe, you have the option to continue for a monthly fee of £100.
7. After 12 months you may withdraw from the course if you do not wish to continue; this will result in you having to pay for the whole course again if you wish to re-enrol.  Failure to let us know what your decision is four weeks after your course end date will result in termination of contract.
8. Create PT reserves the right to remove from any course; students that fail to comply with its standard policies and procedures. Create PT also reserves the right to refuse enrolments, or suggest alternative arrangements, if it believes it will not be in the best interest of the company, other participants or the individual concerned to attend a Create PT course.
9. If you fail to attend a training day or assessment day, you will be liable to a fee of £25 to rebook, unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to attendance.
10. Applications for all courses, which require a pre-requisite qualification, must be accompanied by proof of the required qualification.
11. Create PT reserves the right to withdraw the applications of learners that it deems are unfit to start or continue with a course. Create PT will not in any shape or form; tolerate any form of abuse towards its center staff or tutors. Any learner whose behavior or conduct we deem inappropriate will be immediately withdrawn from their course and legal action taken if necessary. This also applies to the conduct of authorized representatives of the learner (may include parent, guardian, partner, spouse, friend etc.) – if deemed inappropriate, the learner will immediately be withdrawn from their course and legal action taken if necessary.
12. We offer one free re-sit per course, after that re-sits are charged at £25. Any learners that fail to attend assessments booked without previously notifying the academy 24 hours before will receive an instant referral and will also be charged an admin fee of £25.
13. As of December 1st, 2014, Due to data protection, results for theory papers will under no circumstances be provided over the phone. They will be emailed to learners registered email addresses only.
14. Payments: Create PT reserves the right to withdraw learners that do not keep up to date with payments.
15. Exams marked by the centre will have results issued within 7 working days.
16. Note: That does not mean 7 working days from the date of you attending the assessment, but 7 working days from the point the assessments are received at HQ. Those marked by the governing bodies can take up to 14 working days.
17. All theory exams will be taken on a third party exam platform called Cirrus which is hosted by our awarding organisation (Active IQ).

We strictly adhere to our terms and conditions policy and you should ensure you have read and understood them before entering an agreement with us or signing your application form.

Additional terms and conditions specific to different courses are as follows:

Knowledge Only

1. Upon completion of this course, you will receive a Create PT certificate. You will not receive a certificate from our awarding organisation (Active IQ). As such, upon completion you will not be a legally qualified fitness professional.
2. At any point during this course, or upon completion, if you wish to progress onto a further qualification, we will deduct the fee paid for the knowledge builder course from the fee of the new course. 

E.g. Gold package = £1500. Minus £300 paid for knowledge builder. Course cost would be £1200.

• All work completed will be kept and transferred to any new courses you wish to register for.

Foundation

1. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate and a certificate from our awarding organisation (Active IQ). This will qualify you as a fitness professional.
2. Bronze package is a completely online course, all tasks and assessments will be carried out either within the learning platform or via video.
3. Workshops and live assessments are available at an additional charge.
4. Bronze package entitles you to support from our assessing team. Tutor support throughout is available through the learning platform at an additional charge.
5. All assessment feedback will be provided via our messaging board on the learning platform. Phone and email support will not be included with this course.
6. You are entitled to one free resit of a theory exam and one free resit of a video assessment.
7. Any more resits will incur an additional charge of £50 per resit.

Foundation Plus

1. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate and a certificate from our awarding organisation (Active IQ). This will qualify you as a fitness professional.
2. Silver package is a completely online course, all tasks and assessments will be carried out either within the learning platform or via video.
3. Workshops and live assessments are available at an additional charge.
4. Silver package entitles you to support from our assessing team.
5. Silver package entitles you to phone and email support from our tutoring team. All tutor support must be organised via the learning platform.
6. All assessment feedback will be provided via our messaging board on the learning platform.
7. You are entitled to one free resit of a theory exam and one free resit of a video assessment.
8. Any more resits will incur an additional charge of £50 per resit.
9. CPDs included will be accessed via the learning platform. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate.
10. Mental health, awareness and first aid will be accessed via the learning platform. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate and a certificate from our awarding organisation (Active IQ).

All Inclusive

1. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate and a certificate from our awarding organisation (Active IQ). This will qualify you as a fitness professional.
2. Gold package is a blended learning course, all tasks and assessments can be carried out either within the learning platform, via video or face-to-face.
3. Workshops and live assessments are available at no additional charge.
4. Gold package entitles you to support from our assessing team.
5. Gold package entitles you to phone and email support from our tutoring team. All tutor support must be organised via the learning platform.
6. All assessment feedback will be provided via our messaging board on the learning platform or during face-to-face assessments.
7. You are entitled to one free resit of a theory exam and one free resit of a video/face-to-face assessment.
8. Any more resits will incur an additional charge of £50 per resit.
9. CPDs included will be accessed via the learning platform. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate.
10. Mental health, awareness and first aid will be accessed via the learning platform. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate and a certificate from our awarding organisation (Active IQ).
11. Level 3 award in pre & postnatal awareness will be accessed via the learning platform. Upon successful completion you will receive a Create PT certificate and a certificate from our awarding organisation (Active IQ).
12. All live workshops will be completed either face-to-face at our flagship centre (Anytime Fitness Chelmsford) or via video link.
