Right away! Once you have completed the application form online and set up your payment you will be sent your login details.
No, you do not need to be a so called “gym bunny”. We do recommend that you do have some exercise experience, however our courses will provide you with all the knowledge you need to become a top-class fitness professional.
Absolutely not! 45% of our learners are 35years+. Either looking at changing careers or just to improve their knowledge for their own training.
Once you have decided on which course is right for you, just sign up online and choose how you’d like to pay. You’ll be enrolled straight on to your course and sent your login details, along with an email from our team explaining how to get started.
If you wish to continue your course past the 12 month deadline there is a fee of £100 per month.
Yes you can. You will be able to complete all of your work via the online portal and send to our assessing team. All video assessments can be completed and sent for them to watch and give feedback.

We are a CIMSPA endorsed course provider and an Active IQ education centre. The majority of our courses (Gym Instructing and Personal Training included) are Active IQ accredited, and all of our courses are endorsed by CIMSPA.

Yes. All of our PT courses are internationally recognised.
The level 3 PT course does cover nutrition in depth, but it still is not a substitute for an entirely nutrition focused qualification. You would know more than enough to advise PT clients on general nutrition but would not be to the standard of a nutritionist or dietician. Some students decide to further their knowledge of nutrition upon completion of the PT course by continuing their studies with a Level 4 nutrition course.
There are a range of opportunities available to newly qualified PT’s. These range from conventional employed roles at a health club to being a self-employed bootcamp instructor or an online coach working from a beach in Bali.
