This package combines the Level 2+3 Personal Training Diploma with the Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy Diploma. Sports massage is the perfect complement to your PT clients, so doing both courses will set you up to build a successful fitness and massage business.
Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing
This is your entry into the fitness industry. This level 2 qualification on it’s own is not particularly useful because most gyms will only employ level 3 qualified PTs.
However this course teaches you the basics and is the pre-requisite for the Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
This course will teach you everything you need to know to build a successful PT business.

Online Self-Paced Learning – Our courses are delivered online with no set start or assessment dates giving you maximum flexibility to learn at your own pace.
You’ll find a combination of written and video content delivered by our team of expert tutors, which has been designed to give you the best level of education and leave you feeling ready to hit the ground running upon completion.
Learning Experience – We have designed a service that provides the level of interaction and support you’d expect from a face to face course, delivered online.
You won’t be left to figure it out for yourself, you’ll receive 1 to 1 support throughout the course via video and email and can expect a response from one of our expert coaches whenever you need it.
Workshops – There are 3 in-person workshops you’ll be expected to attend during your course. These are delivered by one of our expert sports massage coaches, you’ll learn in-depth different massage techniques, assessments and different client scenarios.
Workshops include:
- Postural/movement assessment + lower limb massage techniques
- Upper limb massage techniques + aftercare/rehab
- Scenarios & role play – pre/post/maintenance massage
Workbooks – There are interactive workbooks embedded throughout the course that you complete as you go. These include a range of question types testing your understanding of the course content, and helping you to retain the key topics you’ll use with your own clients.
Assignments – Some modules are assessed by you completing tasks such as a business plan, food diary analysis, promotional poster and more. These are designed to be the type of real life tasks you’ll carry out and put to use once you’re qualified.
Practise Treatments – You will have to complete 20 hours of practice treatments with at least 5 different people. This is to ensure you’re learning all the practical applications thoroughly, you can upload videos for help from a tutor at any point.
Practicals – You’ll perform the PT practicals at your own gym, record them and upload the videos on our platform for assessment. For Sports Massage you’ll attend an assessment day at our centre. You’ll be assessed on 3 different massages incorporating different assessments, strategies and treatments.
Call – If you need more interactive help you can schedule a voice or video call with a tutor at any point during your course to help with anything you need.
Direct Debit Payment Plan – Choose between 6, 12, 18 and 24 months and spread the cost of your course interest free with no credit checks.
